Kristie Kapp's love of public speaking began in childhood while watching the Academy Awards with her mother. By sixth grade, her enthusiasm for speaking had already earned her the honor of delivering a graduation speech.
Her understanding of what makes a great speaker began at age 13, when she started attending continuing education events with her dentist father. Those early experiences shaped a philosophy she still embraces today: **A great speaker should entertain, enlighten, and educate.**
Kristie brings more than enthusiasm to the stage. She brings firsthand experience from nearly every side of dentistry. Beginning her career as a dental hygienist, she went on to own and lead four dental practices before spending the next 20 years consulting with more than 200 practices across 48 states.
Her unique combination of clinical, ownership, leadership, and consulting experience gives her presentations both credibility and practical relevance. She has spoken to dental audiences nationally and internationally on topics ranging from practice profitability and leadership to the intentional adoption of artificial intelligence in dentistry.
Her upcoming speaking engagements include a panel presentation at the RIDA Summit on November 6.
